WiFi prioritization

This tab is obsolete since Android 6 and is no longer shown.

This tab allows to re-order WiFi access points so that Android connects first to the desired access points.

It also allows to disable some specific access points so that Android never connects to them, however on some devices this gets cleared after disable/enable WiFi.
