3C Toolbox Pro suspended from Play Store
On October 6th, 2015, 3C Toolbox Pro has been suspended from Play Store because of violation of spam provisions (app description). I appealed the decision, but didn't expected much from it as the process is said to be entirely automated.
Here is an extract from the notification from Google Play, no prior warning: you may revise and upload a policy compliant version of this application as a new package name.
On October 6th, 2015, I published an updated revision of the app under a new package name (as required by above notification).
On October 8th, 2015, Google reinstated the app on Google Play, so I unpublished the updated revision.
You can find the original description here and the new description submitted for approval here.
The app description violated 2 Play Store spam policies:
1) Do not engage in "keyword stuffing" by loading app descriptions with keywords out of context
Not sure what it referred to, probably the fact that the description was using too many technical terms using bullet lists.
2) Do not use irrelevant, misleading, or excessive keywords in apps descriptions, titles, or metadata
