When using the 'support request' feature included in apps settings, you actually send technical information about your phone's setup, but nothing personnal.

Battery Monitor Widget app sends:

  • Battery technical details as available on device
  • Battery history recorded (last 100 records)
  • App information (version number, type and mA retrieval method in use)

System Tuner sends:

  • CPU technical details as available on device
  • SD mount points (to help identify unsupported SD locations)
  • Process running (to help identify possible conflicts)
  • App information (version number, type)

3C Toolbox sends:

  • Battery technical details as available on device
  • Battery history recorded¬†(last 100 records)
  • CPU technical details as available on device
  • SD mount points (to help identify unsupported SD locations)
  • Previous visible and internal crash reports (to help fix bugs)
  • Process running (to help identify possible conflicts)
  • Last 100 records of battery history
  • App information (version number, type and mA retrieval method in use)

 

Even though the information received does not contain private or personnal data, it is treated the same way: forever undisclosed.
