System Tuner should support all stock kernels and custom kernels available from various sources.

Stock kernels do not offer overclocking (improved performance) or undervolting (battery savings), though the app can manage CPU frequencies to save battery during standby mode (screen-off).

Custom kernels comes in many flavors, many offers overclocking and undervolting.
