Download 3C Toolbox icon packages

Here you can download notification packages, not directly available on Play Store, because of various restrictions imposed by Google.

I cannot tell you about it on Play Store or in my apps, but they are available here.

If rooted or using 3C Companion (can't tell you about it either), the app will allow direct download.
