Force-stop settings

Those options decides how to stop applications on your device and when to do so:

  • Execute twice, requested by many users as it seems some apps attempt to restart when stopped.
  • Screen is turned-off, can be delayed in case screen is turned back on quickly.
  • Screen is turned on.
  • Device is low on memory and is starting to reclaim memory blindly.

This allows you to have a better control on what app (in specific configuration or task manager) and when those will be terminated.

I don't recommend using these on non rooted devices as Android is making it very hard and unconvenient to do.

Instead use 3C Companion if possible to enable smooth operations.
